We need to do specific exercises where we target muscles. So, we first activate the muscle before actually training it. This way it's fully prepared and stabilized. Sigma Nation has provided a great platform for me to stick to this.
I do a variety of things. I like to do martial arts, parkour, weight training and I run for 45 minutes and that just gets my blood flowing and my body warmed up for my next activity, which is probably some martial arts or gymnastics training.
